✅ What’s included in your project quote

At Halo Media, we offer fixed-fee project quotes that are tailored to your needs, clear from the start, and designed to deliver real value. Here’s what you can expect when working with us:

🔹 Included in every project

1. Project management
   We guide your project from start to finish – from briefing and timelines to reviews and delivery. You’ll have a dedicated point of contact to ensure everything runs smoothly.
2. Creative design and production
   Your project includes full creative development, layout, and design from our in-house studio team. We bring your brief to life with strategic thinking and strong visual execution.
3. Proofreading and quality checks
   All deliverables are carefully checked for spelling, layout, and consistency before final delivery. We work to high quality standards to ensure you look your best.
4. Licensed stock imagery
   We use professionally licensed stock images from our own image libraries – no surprise licensing fees. If you need something unique, we’ll advise on sourcing or licensing it directly.
5. Final artwork delivery
   We’ll supply your artwork in the correct format for your intended use – whether it’s a print-ready PDF, social media graphic, or digital screen file.
6. Revision allowance
   We include a fair amount of time for revisions – usually 10% of the estimated project hours. This ensures your feedback is incorporated while keeping the project on track. Additional changes outside of scope can be quoted separately.
7. Usage rights
   You’ll receive full usage rights to the final deliverables. Please note that editable source files (e.g. design files) are not included unless you’ve requested and purchased them.

Some services may fall outside of your project scope. If needed, we’re happy to quote for:
• Brand or campaign strategy and planning
• Content writing, editing, or translation
• Photography, videography, and audio production
• Source file buyouts or editable templates
• Licensing of commercial fonts, stock images, or third-party assets
• Artwork in additional formats, languages, or layouts
• After-hours delivery or urgent timelines

To keep things on track, we ask that you:
• Provide us with the correct logos, copy, and approvals on time
• Appoint a single point of contact for feedback and sign-off
• Ensure any content you supply is copyright-compliant and approved
