DTP / Creative Artworker

Halo Media, a dynamic brand and communication design agency, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Creative Artworker to join our team in Westville.

This role is ideal for a professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating a well-organised and efficient work environment. With offices in both Westville and England, we pride ourselves on fostering a happy and inclusive workplace.

We’re an established boutique agency specialising in brand strategy and communication design. Our small yet highly skilled team works closely with a variety of B2B companies, primarily within the international mining, investment, and financial services industries. We pride ourselves on creating meaningful partnerships with our clients, delivering top-tier design and branding solutions that drive their business forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and finalise digital and print-ready artwork across various media, ensuring that all files meet the required standards.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and project managers to ensure all work is consistent with brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Implement feedback from clients and team members to refine and perfect designs.
  • Assist in the creation of templates and guides to streamline production processes.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience as a DTP / Artworker in an agency (at least 3 years)
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Extremely high attention to detail with a commitment to producing error-free work.
  • Experience working on brands and using brand guidelines
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Dependable and responsible.
