Our story
We started Halo when we became tired of the BS that traditional agencies were churning out – both in how they treated their staff (us!) and their clients (viewed only as piggy banks). So we founded Halo with a vision to be ethical creators who treat people with respect and try make a positive difference.

Hayes
I love working with colleagues that have a creative voice and opinion. Our vision for Halo has always been to connect brands and people, and empower people to take ownership of their role. We actively work to have a happy, engaged team that are top of their game and respected for what they bring to the table.
Deshnee
I was the first full-time employee at Halo and have been working with the Halo founders since 2011. During this time, I've grown from junior designer to managing our creative team and have been thrilled to have the opportunity to shape the company.
Anele
At Halo, being part of a small, close-knit team means my ideas truly matter. I’ve had the chance to work directly with top-tier brands, where the projects feel impactful. The collaborative environment here allows me to see the direct results of my work, making each day both challenging and rewarding.
